FAQ- Pump Troubleshooting 2
The pump rotates but no water comes out. The specified discharge volume is not achieved.
Below are some common causes of malfunctions and solutions.

Unprimed | To bait |
The gate valve is closed or ajar | Open the gate valve |
The rotation direction is reversed | Check the arrows and connect the wires correctly. |
(1) The motor has a different number of poles. | (1) Check the nameplate and replace it with a genuine one. |
(2) The voltage is low. | (2) Check the power supply. |
A 60Hz pump is being operated in a 50Hz area. | Check the nameplate and replace it with a genuine one |
The impeller is clogged with foreign matter | Remove the foreign object |
There is something stuck in the piping | Remove the foreign object |
Foreign matter is stuck in the foot valve or strainer. | Remove the foreign object |
Inhaling air | Inspect and repair the suction pipe and shaft seal. |
The end of the foot valve or suction pipe is not fully submerged in water. | Extend the suction pipe and submerge the end in water for at least 2D. |
There is a leak in the discharge pipe | Inspect and repair |
The impeller is corroded | Check the liquid quality and change the ingredients |
The impeller is worn out | Replace the impeller |
