Below are some common causes of malfunctions and solutions.

Cause	Countermeasure
High rotation speed. The number of poles of the motor is different.	Check the nameplate and replace it with a genuine one
High voltage	Check the power supply
A 50Hz pump is operating in a 60Hz area.	Check the nameplate and replace it with a genuine one
Low head. Too much discharge.	Adjust the discharge valve to the specified water volume.
The bearing is damaged	Replace the bearing
The rotating part is hitting something. The shaft is bent.	Repair at a specialized workshop
The liquid has a high specific gravity and viscosity	Reconsider your plans
